• BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD: Or you can simply bring your insurance card to your appointment, and we'll verify your benefits while you're with the doctor. You may be expected to cover the entire cost of the appointment on the same day, and you can be reimbursed by your insurance later, so we highly recommend calling ahead!
